Wei-Meng is a seasoned technologist and the founder of Developer Learning Solutions, a technology company focusing on hands-on training in cutting-edge technologies.
With extensive training experience, Wei-Meng emphasizes a learning-by-doing approach in his courses. His expertise is recognized globally, with his name frequently featured in online and print publications like DevX.com, MobiForge.com, and CoDe Magazine. Additionally, Wei-Meng is also the author of close to 30 books, and his international customers include the US Army, Apple, Motorola, and Zebra.
Lee Wei-meng (Affiliate Faculty of SMU)
Clarence Chng (Affiliate Faculty of SMU)
Clarence is an iOS Software Engineer at OKX, a leading digital asset exchange, where he creates pragmatic software solutions to drive strategic objectives for the company and its clients. Alongisde his role at OKX, Clarence specializes in iOS app development for POS systems, particularly within the retail industry.
Holding an Information Systems degree from the National University of Singapore , he also serves as an Associate Trainer at Developer Learning Solutions, delivering technical courses on programming and the Internet of Things (IoT) to educators and students from various institutions.

For our 14 to 16 age group, we will host discussions and live Q&A sessions with senior management from various industries. Participants will have the opportunity to hear firsthand insights on preparing to become future leaders and shaping a successful future.
Dato Lim has had a diverse career spanning financial consultancy, investment banking, hospitality, aviation, and education.
He played a significant role in building the investment banking business for one of Malaysia's largest conglomerates after a stint with a multinational immediately post-qualification. He started a small corporate advisory business in 1993 that evolved into a Bank Negara-regulated investment bank, which then merged with Kenanga in 2012.
Dato Lim co-founded several successful businesses with serial entrepreneurship Tony Fernandes, including AirAsia X, Tune Hotels, and Tune Project, among others, but also had a fair share of failures from which valuable lessons were learned. Over the past 25 years, Dato Lim has led several corporate restructurings, including the notable restructuring and refinancing of Celcom post the Asian financial crisis and the recent RM64 billion restructuring of AirAsia X.

Pete Chareonwongsak
Pete serves as the CEO of Teleport, leading the digital transformation of AirAsia's logistics arm. During his tenure as AirAsia Group Head of Business Development from 2012 to 2016, he played a pivotal role in establishing airlines in India and Japan, as well as joint ventures in various sectors. Subsequently, as AirAsia Regional Chief Operations Officer, he successfully orchestrated the turnaround of AirAsia Philippines.
Prior to his roles at AirAsia, Pete worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with CIMB and served as an advisor to the Thailand Trade Representative office, focusing on cross-border FDI through M&A and joint ventures. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, along with a Master's degree in Finance from Harvard University. Recognized as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by ZICO ASEAN, Pete also serves as a board member of Teleport, Freightchain, AirAsia India, and EasyParcel.

REAL-WORLD EXPOSURE
Participants collaborate on tech innovation projects, applying their learning to real-world scenarios under mentor guidance. The camp concludes with a closing ceremony where participants receive certificates, recognizing their achievements and equipping them with tangible skills and experiences for future success.
